A bond release does not decide the charge. Dismissal and acquittal are court outcomes and must be verified from the docket. A transfer ends one custodian’s episode while another may continue custody.

The city Records page states that police and accident report copies are available in person Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at 201 N. Colorado. Incident and offense reports cost $3 for the first page and $0.25 for each added page. Accident reports cost $6 for the first page plus $0.25 per added page. Port Lavaca Court Follow-Up
