Nature of the Site

This is a private reference website. It is not part of the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office, the Adult Detention Center, the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, a court, IVSS, BOP, ICE, or any other public office. It does not store official records. Staff cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, order or carry out a release, change a record, or file papers with an agency or court.

The site points visitors toward first-party resources for Calhoun County jail releases, local court cases, Texas prison and supervision information, and federal or immigration custody. Some pages also connect users with independently operated research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

Use the site lawfully and in a way that does not harm another person, the service, or its visitors. In particular, you agree that you will not:

• Decisions to hire, retain, promote, discipline, or dismiss a worker.
• Tenant selection, lease approval, or any other housing decision.
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, or insurance pricing and eligibility.
